The head instructor, Spenser Canup received his Black Belt from Royce Gracie in 2008 and continues to teach the Gracie Methodology.
We are the best place to train in Alamance County and we will ensure you are learning proper jiu jitsu techniques when you train with us. We are located at 2322-A South Church Street, Burlington, NC 27215
