Welcome to Gracie Burlington Jiu Jitsu! We are the only Gracie affiliated school in Burlington, NC
The head instructor, Spenser Canup received his Black Belt from Royce Gracie in 2008 and continues to teach the Gracie Methodology.
We are the best place to train in Alamance County and we will ensure you are learning proper jiu jitsu techniques when you train with us. We are located at 2322-A South Church Street, Burlington, NC 27215

It’s time for our Annual Turkey Roll ; a Gracie Burlington tradition since 2018.
There’s no formal class instruction on Thanksgiving morning; it’s an open mat for you to move, roll, laugh, and show your people what Jiu Jitsu is all about!
Bring your friends, your kids, your cousins… just make sure little ones(under 13years old) are accompanied by an adult on the mats.
If you have not been on our mats before, please fill out a waiver before you arrive!
